The Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) is one of the core protocols of the ISP. Whereas IP handles lower-level transmissions from computer to computer as a message makes its way across the Internet, TCP operates at a higher level, concerned only with the two end systems, for example a Web browser and a Web server. In particular, TCP provides reliable, ordered delivery of a stream of bytes from one program on one computer to another program on another computer.
Flow control – limits the rate a sender transfers data to guarantee reliable delivery.

Tommorrow we are going to embark on an activity in which we will make a website from scratch. As reference I will need a few key websites to help me with CSS. Here are a few…
http://www.w3schools.com/css/
This site offers great examples which help with understanding. It also comes with a reference section and a sample test incase you really need to try and memorize it all.
http://www.csstutorial.net/css_tutorial_part1.php
This site was pretty good but required alot more reading. Everything was there, just alot more spaced out. It would take some time to really soak up with site. There is also no real specific navigation so it is hard to find a specific section with ctrl+f.
http://www.echoecho.com/csscolors.htm
This site was by far the best. It is organized and very easy to navigate. Easily the best site I found!

Day by day we are growing acustom to living off the web. Photo editing is no exception. The creativity and conventional use of photo editing software is very expansive. The ability to morph, remove red eye or any other implications, insert graphics, and much more. But the ability to do this can be very expensive.
There are now several sites that give you the ability to edit photos online with no charge. I will review 3 sites that I came across and go through what I thought of each.
www.pixenate.com The first website that I came across was Pixenate. As I previously mentioned, this site was totally free with no registration. The interface was very very straight forward and simple. It showed a sample picutre that could be replaced with one of your own, and on the side the tool bar. Aswell as the interface following a simple format, the tools are very simple. Examples of the basic tools are cropping, rotation, red eye removal, and lighting. I liked this site as it was simple and quick for one of those quick fixes. Also very useful to someone inexperienced in photo editing.
www.splashup.com
The next website look very organized and professional. Although there was a registration, it was very quick and brief. The interace of the application seemed awfully familiar. A replica of the famous Adobe Photoshop. The application had alot of the tools that it’s counterpart does, including saturations, bluring, layering and more. Aswell, the application included a saving option for unfinished work that saves online rather than on the computer. This site would appeal to a more experienced photo editer and someone who is familiar to Photoshop.
www.fotoflexer.com
My favourite site out of the 3 has to be this one. The homepage was quick and easy allowing me to quickly navigate to he application where I uploaded a picture and could quickly get to editing. The tools were conveniently placed under categories such as effects, basic, decorate etc. The tools were all self explanatory and the filters could easily be applied. This application could make an unexperienced user come out with a picture that could very well be done with one who is a veteran. Kudos to this site.

After reading a blog post on Technorati.com, I really learned the expansive population of bloggers that are actively posting blogs. They are not just slobby dropouts posting jibberish to pollute the internet, as it’s not already but most of U.S. bloggers have an education. To be specific three out of four blogger’s are college graduates and 42% have attended graduate school. Aswell as attending school they’re bringing the money home. More than half have a household income of $75,000.
Sorry to break it to you but blogging is no brand new phenomenon sweeping the nation. Half of bloggers are on their second blog and 59% have been blogging for over two years. These two stats surprised me the most as I myself thought that blogging was something everyone was just starting an mostly everyone was in their first year and some in their second.
Most of this blogging buzz is occuring at home, in North America.
So if we took all the bloggers in the world and mixed them in one big multicultural blender, what would come out? Out would pop a man in his 20’s, he would have his college degree, he would be earning 40k, he would be single, employed full time,
